**Role Summary**:
As an B2B Sales Executive / Business Development at Performance Hackers, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower businesses with groundbreaking marketing solutions. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate and qualify leads, create winning strategies, and drive results that exponentially impact the success of our clients and our agency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of Performance Hackers' offerings and tailor the pitch to suit varied industries and stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads through targeted outbound activities in defined territories/segments.
- Book meetings IRL/Digital and facilitate smooth transitions to Account Executives.
- Consistently achieve target quotas and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed lead, account, and opportunity records in CRM.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing agency/Digital sales.
- Open to attend networking events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Resilient, ambitious, and driven with a robust work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
