
Delegate Sales Executive

Following rapid growth TT Group is looking for a Delegate Relations Executive to join our vibrant team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Handle all enquiries professionally and always ensuring excellent customer service.
- Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Speak to previous clients and book them 6 - 8 months in advance.
- Work with the lead generation team and create a database per project.
- Speak to speakers and get their referrals booked.
- Work on Linkedin to engage with the clients.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes.

- Confident, articulate and driven to succeed.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Determined, resilient and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Needs to be highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Excellent team working skills.
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within customer service
- Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base.
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving aptitude
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- International voice process: 3 years (required)
