We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and results-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in Andheri East as a Delegate Relations Executive or Senior Delegate Relations Executive. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and meeting targets, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
Handle all enquiries professionally and always ensure excellent customer service.

Speak to previous clients and book them 6 - 8 months in advance.

Work with the lead generation team and create a database per project.

Speak to speakers and get their referrals booked. Work on LinkedIn to engage with the clients.

Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.

Advise clients on creating profitable processes.

Confident, articulate and driven to succeed.

Strong work ethic Ability to work under pressure.

Determined, resilient and self-motivated.

Excellent verbal and written skills required.

Needs to be highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

Excellent team working skills.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Delegate Sales or International Sales.

Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets

Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base.

Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A customer-oriented attitude Problem-solving aptitude

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Delegate Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- International Sales: 3 years (preferred)
