
Delegate Acquisition Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**: Research and identify potential delegates through various channels including online databases, social media platforms, industry associations, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service to delegates by addressing inquiries, providing event information, and assisting with registration processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract delegates. Keep accurate records of sales activities, delegate interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor events, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote our events and network with potential delegates. Work closely with the event management team to ensure seamless delegate experiences before, during, and after events.
**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in delegate acquisition or event sales. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the events industry and understanding of delegate motivations and behaviors. Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and conferences. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
