**Position Title: Delegate Acquisition AM/ Manager**
**Location**: Vikhroli, Mumbai

**Team handling**: Team handling experience is a must

**Experience Required**: 5 + years in delegate acquisition, data management, or event marketing preferred

**Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in delegate acquisition, B2B marketing, or database management.
- Proficiency in using Google tools, LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to manage and mentor a teams.
- Knowledge of segmentation, targeting, and persona-based outreach strategies.
- Attention to detail with a data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

**Database Management**:
Maintain and regularly update IAMAI’s delegate and lead databases for all ongoing and upcoming events.

Ensure database accuracy and troubleshoot data issues to maintain optimal performance.

**Lead Generation & Research**:
Perform data extraction, research, and build new databases using platforms like Google and LinkedIn, tailored to event requirements and industry sectors.

Expand delegate databases to support outreach efforts for future events.

**Delegate Acquisition**:
Create and implement calling scripts to support tele-calling and outreach efforts.

Coordinate with the delegate outreach team to ensure timely calls, follow-ups, and data updates.

Track registrations and attendance for each event, ensuring targets are met.

Drive engagement and conversions through well-timed and targeted outreach.

**Team Coordination & Training**:
Train and support the delegate team on new tools and techniques for efficient data handling and acquisition.

Conduct regular check-ins and ensure timely updates are taken from the delegate team.

**Process & Compliance**:
Secure and manage delegate data by implementing proper processes, controls, and data handling policies.

Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data management, marketing, and lead generation.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
