**Job Title**: Client Support / Servicing Executive

**Experience Level**: One-year

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Schedule Management**:

- Prepare daily schedules for client consultations and sessions
- Communicate schedules promptly to clients and trainers
- Ensure efficient coordination to accommodate any last-minute changes
- Update relevant sheets maintained on Google sheets

**Customer Query Resolution**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Act as a liaison between clients, trainers, and other departments
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently and a timely manner

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information
- Organize and manage data related to schedules, customer interactions, and internal communications
- Generate reports as needed to track and analyze customer service metrics

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in both customer support and administrative functions
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Skill Sets required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of **customer service**
