Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive for Events to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to ensure smooth coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring events to life — from planning to execution.
  • Handled all logistics: venues, vendors, travel & more.
  • Kept timelines tight and budgets on track.
  • Crafted sleek proposals & decks (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Mastered calendars, emails & invites (Outlook).
  • Boosted buzz with social media & comms support.
  • On-site pro ensuring smooth, standout experiences.
  • Collected feedback & turned it into insights.

Requirements -

· 2–3 years of experience in event coordination.

· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

· Flexible to travel and work beyond standard office hours during events.

Office Details below:

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Location – Malad (West), Mumbai.

Experience – 2-3 years.
