**Sales Executive - Real Estate**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive - Real Estate is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing a portfolio of prospective clients to drive sales of the organization's real estate products and services. This includes residential, commercial, and investment properties. The Sales Executive will utilize their market knowledge, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively research, identify and qualify potential clients, including individuals, investors, and businesses, for the organization's real estate offerings
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively market and sell the organization's real estate portfolio
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including pricing trends inventory levels, and competitor activities
- Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and transactions to secure new business and close sales
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as property management and marketing, to support the sales process
- Maintain comprehensive client records and utilize the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio
- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and community outreach to build brand awareness and generate new leads
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and goals
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine the organization's real estate sales strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and craft tailored real estate solutions
- Proficiency in utilizing real estate-specific software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to collaborate on larger real estate deals
- Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
