Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with senior management to align sales objectives with business goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and sales techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
