**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain a network of clients through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to provide tailored property recommendations.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale.
- **Property Listings and Marketing**:
- List properties for sale or rent on multiple platforms, including MLS databases and social media.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including property descriptions, photos, and videos.
- Host open houses, property showings, and virtual tours to attract potential buyers.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Conduct market research to evaluate property values, neighborhood trends, and pricing strategies.
- Stay updated on zoning regulations, tax laws, and other real estate legislation.
- Advise clients on market conditions and trends to make informed decisions.
- **Transaction Management**:
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, purchase agreements, and deeds.
- Collaborate with real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders, and home inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Facilitate closing processes and ensure all documentation is complete.
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client questions and concerns promptly throughout the buying or selling process.
- Assist with relocation needs and other post-transaction support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
