- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a demonstrated ability to close sales deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
- Real estate license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
