Job description: - Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

o Participate in sales training programs to enhance core sales skills and product knowledge.

o Adhere to the company's sales processes and procedures.

o Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

o Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads.

o Engage with customers to understand their needs and preference.

o Support senior sales executives in showcasing products and services.

o Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

o Assist in creating sales presentations and proposal.

o Follow up with leads and customers to ensure prompt responses and issue resolution.

o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

o Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

o A proactive and results-oriented attitude.

· Ability to travel as required.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.

Qualification:

· Education: Bachelor Degree: - B.Tech/B.E (Any), B.Sc(Physics/Mathematics)

· Experience: Entry-level position (0-5 yrs)

· Salary: 21k to 40k based on experience/ As per company Standards

· Training will be held in Jaipur for 2 months

· This job requires 60to 70 % travelling and 30 to 40% Office work.
