Business Developement Executive

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development & Sales**:
- Drive both **inbound** and **outbound sales** initiatives
- Build and nurture strong relationships with **IPCs (International Property Consultants)** and **DPCs (Domestic Property Consultants)**:
- Actively generate and manage leads through platforms like **LinkedIn** and other relevant channels
- Follow up on leads from the marketing team and convert them into paying clients
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent communication with prospects
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
**Client Coordination & Reporting**:
- Collaborate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding and handover
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of leads, progress, and sales performance
- Provide regular updates to the management on sales achievements and market insights
**Expected Outcomes**:
- Strong network and rapport established with IPCs and DPCs
- Consistent lead generation to support monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Achievement of individual and team sales targets
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development within co-working or real estate industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM tools for lead generation and sales tracking
