Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who can convert opportunities into partnerships. You'll identify leads, pitch brand strategy and creative services, and nurture long-term relationships with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and proactive outreach.

Identify client needs and align them with Bestow's strategic and creative offerings.

Collaborate with the creative and research teams to design customized proposals and presentations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and growth.

Track industry trends and competitor activity to discover new avenues for expansion.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience in advertising, branding, or creative agency business development.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of marketing trends, digital media, and branding solutions.

Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Domestic Traveling is a must.
