
Office Assistant

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors to the office professionally and kindly.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying supplies' receipts.
- OrgOrganized schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Key Competencies**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational solid time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize **Organizational** tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
