B. S. Shah & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Mumbai, dedicated to delivering comprehensive financial and advisory services to a diverse clientele. We are currently seeking a dependable and proactive Office Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to a well-organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and documents.
- Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain office cleanliness and pantry.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Run errands including purchasing office items when required.
- Report maintenance and repair needs.
- Visit banks and client locations as needed.
- Assist in organizing office events such as meetings, team lunches, and celebrations.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, computers).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Physically capable of handling tasks like lifting and moving supplies.
