**Job Title**: Junior Social Media Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon (On-site Job with Sat & Sun Fixed Off)

**Employment Type**:Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy for Dynamics Square's LinkedIn page to enhance visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Curate, create, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on LinkedIn and other social media platforms as required.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Report to the Marketing Manager on campaign progress and for all things social media.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing LinkedIn pages and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Understanding of technologies like SaaS, CRM, ERP is a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
