Full-Time | 2-4 Years Experience
CTC: ₹2 LPA - ₹3.5 LPA

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand voice
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content and campaign planning
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation
- Analyze performance using insights and tools to optimize future content
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ad Campaign management

**Bonus Skills**:

- Video editing (Reels/TikToks)
- Influencer marketing coordination
- Campaign reporting & KPI tracking

Pay: ₹12,070.69 - ₹30,618.26 per month
