**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactive communication with customers to provide support and assistance before, during, and after a campaign via chats and tickets.
- Setting up campaign pages and ensuring they are ready for launch.
- Managing and prioritizing technical tasks related to campaigns.
- Collaborating with the international team on various campaigns.
- Providing feedback to the technology development team to constantly improve our services.
- Creating and updating documentation on various features and tools of the platform.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (Listen to customers and share their feedback, avoid fillers, English proficiency, empathy and listening skills).
- Strong communication skills in English - verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Handling different types of customers & queries.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with support tools eg. Zendesk Support, Zoho Desk, etc. is highly preferred.
- Familiar with project management platforms like Asana or another similar platform
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma with more than 1 year of total work experience. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- You will be working a 5-day workweek on a shift basis with any 2 days off. Please note that the shift timings can change depending on the company’s needs.
