Role

Definition

CRM is one who Supports customer by giving order status,

material status, coverts leads into revenue by Calling/discussing

with customer & Setting Up Meetings, Data Management, &
sending proposals.

Responsibility

Deliverable

1. To call customers to understand their needs &Setting up

meetings.

2. To process the order by preparing contract review, scope

of supply & dispatch requisition

3. CRM with Sales and customer for Sales Lead.

4. To maintain all enquiries, quotations and orders collected

data. Prepares and presents accurate market information

to management

5. To Manage Sales Team

6. Data Sourcing & Management

7. Develop Selling skills & business knowledge to grow into a

Business Development Executive.

Tasks &
Activities

1. Spending 5 Hours Per day on Calling customers to

understand their need and to establish their need To get

meetings for sales team.

any information the prospective client seeks about

company.

3. Being the communication bridge between the

prospective clients/customer and the Sales team to

ensure meeting details accuracy.

4. Sourcing accurate Contact Details from Online sources.

5. Making proposals.

6. Following up with customer & Sales Team about enquiry

7. Preparing scope of supply after collecting purchase order

8. Creating dispatch requisition document

with Sales & operations for smooth dispatch of material to

customer.

9. Intimate docket no. to customer and keep track of the

consignment till it gets delivered.

10. Participate in operational, tactical & strategic meeting

11. To give market feedback to Management

12. Send daily report + whatsapp message for break throughs

and break downs

13. Talking Sales Team sales matrix every week & Submitting

to Management

14. After completing setting up of 15 meetings per month,

Tele marketing executive shall accompany Sales for

Meetings.
