**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Manage comprehensive client communication strategies
- Develop personalized retention programs
- Implement proactive client satisfaction monitoring systems
- **Trade Value Enhancement**:

- Identify and present strategic trading opportunities to clients
- Develop targeted communication to increase client trade volumes
- Create custom investment recommendation frameworks
- **Support and Resolution**:

- Provide exceptional first-point customer support
- Resolve client queries with speed and precision
- Maintain detailed client interaction logs

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in equity trading client management
- Strong background in call centre operations
- Experience in unlisted shares domain (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities
- Proven track record of client retention and value enhancement
- Proficiency in CRM tools and client management systems
