**Job Title**: Client Relationship Officer (UK Process)

**Job Summary**: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketing/Telesales Executive to join our team for the UK process. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone, introducing our products/services, and generating. You will play a critical role in promoting the company's offerings, managing customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UK to promote products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify and generate new leads by identifying customer needs and pitching suitable solutions.
- **Sales Conversion**: Follow up on leads, handle objections to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions & activities in the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on performance, lead generation, and any challenges faced.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information in a professional and timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the team and management to align strategies and share insights.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a UK-based environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- **Skills**: Ability to upsell products/services effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience and building long-term relationships.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and achieve targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic telecommunication tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle a high volume of calls and tasks.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Knowledge of UK market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Familiarity with outbound calling regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
**Salary Monthly**:15,000 to 25,000.
