The Client Relationship Associate will manage and update records using MS Office

Suite, assist in preparing reports and documents, communicate professionally with

clients and stakeholders, and collaborate with other team members. This role also

includes providing backend support to ensure efficient task completion and

contributing to continuous process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Use MS Office Suite to manage and update records and databases accurately.

2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, quotations, and invoices.

3. Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner,

providing excellent customer service.

4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely

completion of tasks.

5. Offer backend support to the team as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed

efficiently.

6. Contribute to continuous process improvement and efficiency optimization within

the team.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

**Remuneration**: Competitive and based on experience.
