Job Purpose:
We are actively seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder to join our leadership team. This critical role is tailored for a strategic thinker and proactive executor passionate about driving revenue growth, scaling operations, and making a positive impact on society. The CEO will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies, building and leading teams, exploring new market opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners. This position offers attractive equity options and a performance-based commission structure, underscoring our commitment to rewarding high performance and significant contributions to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
Recruit and train the startup team.
Develop the business model and oversee operations.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
Oversee daily operations and work of executives in various departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.).
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Collaborate with the Core Team (Board and Team of Advisors) on all matters of importance.
Lead fundraising initiatives.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, strategic partnerships, corporate alliances, etc.).
Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
About You:
Are you a business leader with demonstrated experience in management consulting, startup environments, or business development? Do you possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to the company's mission and growth? If you are ready to take on the challenge of building and scaling a disruptive venture in the education and skill development space, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:
MBA/PG Diploma in Business Administration/Engineering Graduate/CA; IIM, IIT/Top MBA/Engineering College is a plus.

- CEO's Equity 10% against an investment of Rs 50 Lacs
