Job Summary
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue through institutional collaborations. Your ability to understand clients' needs, pitch our career development solutions, and close high-value deals will be key to success. Our existing team of Inside Sales Associates will report to you.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact inside sales strategy targeting schools and colleges across India.
- Recruit, train, and manage a large, high-performing inside sales team.
- Optimize sales funnels, drive lead generation, and improve conversion rates through a structured sales approach.
- Implement and oversee CRM tools and automation to enhance sales efficiency.
- Drive consistent revenue growth by identifying and expanding key business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or related field
- 15 years in Inside Sales, preferably in EdTech, education services, or SaaS.
- Proven experience in building and managing large sales teams.
- Strong understanding of inside sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to use analytics and metrics to optimize sales performance.
- Strong skills in closing deals and handling objections.
- Passion for startups, willingness to take ownership, and invest in long-term growth.
Compensation Details

- We expect Rs. 50 lakhs to 1 crore of investment from your end
- Eventually, you may make up to Rs Cr after 3-4 years against your equity-sale.

- We are catering to a market with a potential of Rs.2 lakhs 80 thousand Crore, considering all students and industry executives from the paying class.
- We have a clear vision and plan of action to take our valuation to a very high level over the next 3 years.
