**The Role**:
We are looking for our early employees — a Founder’s Associate (Strategy) who will work directly with our Founder/CEO in launching and leading sales operations to execute that vertical. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Mixo while gaining hands-on experience in overall strategy, sales research, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate directly with the Founder/CEO to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Conduct deep sales research and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Get hands-on with sales outbound activities; however, leverage new junior hires, freelancers or interns for execution-heavy tasks as needed.
- Participate in daily catch-up calls and strategizing sessions to plan the way forward.
- Work with some flexibility on hours, adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule.

**Who You Are**:

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in building or working at a software startup.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take initiative, think strategically, and innovate independently.
- Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written English, comfortable engaging with US-based clientele.
- Adaptable: Willing to work flexible hours and dive into multiple aspects of the business as needed.

**Interview Process**:
Our interview process is designed to be thorough but efficient, consisting of three stages:

- Intro Call: A brief 15-min intro call to get to know each other and discuss your background and interest in the role. Please do your own research on Mixo Ads before this call.
- Task: A practical task that will help us evaluate your skills and approach to sales research and strategy. This would also involve you submitting at-least 1 reference letter (2 recommended) from past employers or advisors.
- Final Interview (optional): A comprehensive final interview to dive deeper into your experience, discuss the task, and explore mutual alignment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
