**Key Responsibilities**

Run Growth experiments to test demand for different value propositions and grow users:

- Ideate different value propositions to test based on user research and data
- Devise and prioritise different experiment variables to A/B test
- Design and launch experiments using IG, YT, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
- Track and analyse experiment data to discontinue, refine, or create new experiments

**Requirements**:

- Meta, LinkedIn, and AdWords performance marketing skills
- Fluent spoken and written English as well as spoken Hindi/Hinglish
- Thrive as a generalist in an early-stage startup with high uncertainty and ambiguity

**Preferred Background**: You have 3 mos. (internships are fine) up to 2 years of startup Growth or Marketing experience. Ideally, you have ideated and executed B2C and/or B2B Growth experiments to test different value propositions with different audiences. All educational backgrounds, even non-traditional ones, are welcome.

**Package**:Approx. ₹4-6 LPA total (₹25k-30k fixed + additional incentives monthly)

**Schedule**: 10 am-6 pm Mon.Fri. with unlimited leaves as long as you’re meeting goals

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
