**The chance to scale product from $1M to $10M++**

We think of this role as an entrepreneur as much as being a product manager. But instead of building a company from scratch, you get to come in after we’ve gone through the pains of getting to $1M ARR while figuring out early market-product fit. You get to directly take on the challenge of scaling a business from $1M to $10M revenue in 2.5 years & beyond.

**What we’re looking for**

This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, communication & analytical skills.

**Persona**:
(S)he has ~ 3yrs of work experience in a role that requires strategic thinking, and communication skills. (S)he loves writing narratives to communicate her ideas and is comfortable using math to back her arguments. She has had diverse and unique experiences and perspectives throughout her life including school and undergrad days.

Currently working in a super high-talent density environment like a top strategy consulting firm or venture capital private equity. In her current role, while she gets an opportunity to work with great people - there is something missing. She wants to truly build things herself at some point - rather than just analyze or advise. She sees herself as a future Sheryl Sandberg who will eventually build something as large and high impact as FB.
