**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling the calls as per customer's convenience.
- Virtually providing training of all the services to the clients.
- Providing end-to-end support in resolving queries of the clients.
- Reporting to the management at the end of the day.
- Able to grasp things quickly, eager to learn new things.
- Must be having basic knowledge of using PC, Excel, etc.
- Document client interactions, training sessions, and feedback to maintain accurate records of the training process

Experience Range:
0 - 2 years

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,

Skills Required:
Interpersonal Skills,

Annual Salary Range:
INR 2,00,000 - 2,80,000

When Petpooja’s first avatar came into being in 2011, it was a simple B2B food delivery model that took bulk food orders from the corporates & passed them forward to the restaurants. This was when our founders decided to build a robust, user-friendly & cost-effective billing software for SMB restaurants that will automate everyday operations and push businesses towards sustainability.
And now, a decade into the industry, we have realized our dream of becoming the ideal restaurant billing solution provider to all & every kind of food service business in India.
