**Role Overview:

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Conduct **onboarding & induction programs** for new employees.
- Deliver **process-oriented training** on delivery, picking, packing, stacking, and safety guidelines.
- Provide **refresher training** and **on-the-job coaching** to employees.
- Identify training needs by analyzing **errors, customer feedback, and complaints**.
- Maintain and update **training records, attendance, feedback forms, and performance reports**.
- Support the **implementation of SOPs, process audits, and quality checks**.
- Ensure adherence to **hygiene, safety protocols, and operational compliance** across sites.
- Coordinate with **operations and HR teams** to ensure smooth execution of training batches.
- Conduct **daily warehouse/store visits** to monitor, guide, and upskill employees.

**Requirements:

- **
- Graduate in **any discipline** (preferred: HR, Business, or related field).
- **1-3 years** of experience in training, preferably in **Retail, FMCG, or Quick Commerce**.
- Strong understanding of **warehouse/store operations** and SOP compliance.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to analyze **training needs** and design effective training modules.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)** and reporting tools.
- Willingness to **travel extensively** between Ahmedabad & Surat locations.
