- Conduct Product Training, Refresher Training, Visual merchandising training, Customer Service Training, Soft skill training, Grooming Training, Motivation Sessions ,Software Training etc.
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Design effective training programs
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare educational material such as Videos, PPTs, and Modules etc.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Prepare and Maintain Training Data/ MIS
- Weekly Training update to the management
- Train and guide new employees.
- Taking care of legal Registration process.
- Taking care of HR Activities

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
