Qualifications and Skills Brand Activation: Ability to plan and execute strategies that enhance brand image and visibility across target markets. Event Coordination: Skilled in organizing and managing events to promote product or service offerings to the target audience. Market Research: Competence in conducting research to gather actionable insights about market trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape. Campaign Execution: Experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve desired business objectives. B2B Marketing: Understanding of business-to-business marketing strategies and tactics to build and maintain professional relationships. Textile Industry (Mandatory skill): Essential knowledge or experience within the textile sector to effectively connect with industry stakeholders and clients. Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to identify and develop leads that convert into business opportunities and sales. Field Sales (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in executing sales strategies in a field setting to drive product and service sales growth. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement field marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the textile industry. Coordinate and execute brand activation events and promotional activities in alignment with company objectives. Gather and analyze market data to provide insights for developing effective marketing campaigns and strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to successfully execute field sales activities and achieve or exceed targets.
