We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Field Marketing Executive** to join our team and help us expand our brand presence in the field.

As a **Field Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and engaging directly with potential customers to increase brand visibility and drive sales. You will represent the brand in your local market, organize events, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Your success will be measured against specific targets, and you’ll have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow your customer base through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and meet sales targets through direct field engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with local partners, customers, and influencers to generate interest and boost brand presence.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions for accurate reporting.
- Report on sales leads and customer feedback gathered from field activities.
- Present and promote the company’s products and services to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree can apply.
- Freshers or 0-1 year of experience.
- Two-wheeler must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable with setting and achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel within your designated region.

- Competitive salary **up to ₹20,000 per month** (depending on experience and performance).
