**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns and events that align with overall marketing strategies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences in the local area.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local businesses.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market feedback for management.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the budget for field marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Willingness to travel as required.
