**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the company’s market presence, and building strong relationships with customers. The role involves actively selling FMCG products, generating leads, and ensuring the visibility of products in the retail environment. You will be the face of the company in your assigned territory and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for the designated region or territory.
- Drive product sales and growth through effective field visits, promotions, and market strategies.
- **Territory Management**:

- Manage a defined sales territory, ensuring optimal product distribution and stock levels in retail stores.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors to assess market potential and business opportunities.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with the product and service.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the management on product performance, competition, and customer needs.
- **Merchandising & Visibility**:

- Ensure that products are displayed properly and in prominent positions in stores, improving visibility and brand recognition.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock and placement of promotional materials.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Execute promotional activities, trade events, and special campaigns to drive sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional events.
- **Reporting**:

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Track and report sales performance, challenges, and market developments.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,553.41 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
