**Job Summary**:
The QSR Training Executive is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for quick service restaurant (QSR) staff. This role involves creating comprehensive training materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational standards. The QSR Training Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining consistent service quality, enhancing employee performance, and supporting the overall success of the QSR business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training Program Development**:

- Develop and update training programs for various roles within the QSR, including front-line staff, kitchen personnel, and management.

**2. Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Utilize various training methods, such as classroom sessions, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, and workshops, to cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

**3. Onboarding Training**:

- Develop onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the QSR culture and operational processes.
- Ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles efficiently and confidently.

**4. Performance Evaluation**:

- Implement assessment tools and performance metrics to measure employee proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams, and work with management to address performance gaps.

**5. Training Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
- Document training materials, procedures, and manuals, ensuring they are easily accessible to all staff members.

**6. Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that all training programs align with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and update training materials accordingly.

**7. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QSR operations and training methodologies.
- Implement innovations in training to enhance the learning experience for employees.

**8. Communication**:

- Foster open communication channels with various departments to understand training needs and address specific challenges.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Management teams to align training programs with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the QSR industry.
- Strong understanding of QSR operations, customer service standards, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using training software and tools.
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
