As a Flight Ticketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing flight bookings for our clients. Your expertise in Amadeus will be essential for ensuring accurate and efficient ticketing services. You will work closely with our clients and team members to provide top-notch customer service and support throughout the booking process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process flight reservations and ticketing using Amadeus, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients with flight inquiries, booking changes, and cancellations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in flight ticketing with hands-on experience using Amadeus.
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems, ticketing procedures, and fare rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
