Job Title: Air Ticket Booking Executive

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Air Ticket Booking Executive will handle flight reservations, manage travel itineraries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ticket Booking: Book air tickets through travel portals or GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Itinerary Management: Modify, cancel, or reschedule flights as per client requests.
- Customer Support: Address queries, assist with travel issues, and provide after-sales support.
- Sales Support: Cross-sell travel insurance, hotel bookings, and other services.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma (degree in tourism is a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience in travel bookings preferred; GDS knowledge is a bonus.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Pay: ₹9,919.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month
