Handle B2B/B2C flight ticketing queries through mails/calls/messages.
- Also inter department flight queries.
- Communicate & action queries as per requirement.
- Escalate queries & concerns to concerned department/person.
- Follow SOPs and focus towards query management.
- Keep track and be updated of the changes in airline policies Focused to follow result oriented work.
- Properly update flight ticket details on company portal as and when required.
- Should have better understanding in query solving and good communication skills to speak with airline person as and when required.
- Should be willing to commit atleast 1 year of job tenure with the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹10,500.00 per month
