**Job Type: Part-time (2.00pm to 6.00pm)**

Gravy Kart is seeking a talented and passionate Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. As a Cook/Chef at Gravy Kart, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature gravies and dishes with precision and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook gravies and accompanying dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas meet hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and experience in preparing gravies and curries.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus.
