- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Oversee the smooth running of kitchen operations and daily meal preparations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served on time.
- Optimize the use of kitchen equipment and resources to minimize wastage.
- **Inventory and Cost Control**:

- Manage inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely procurement, and maintain records of food usage.
- Control food costs, minimize wastage, and adhere to the kitchen budget.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations (FSSAI or equivalent).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of perishable and non-perishable items.
- **Menu Innovation**:

- Introduce new recipes, dishes, or menus to improve variety and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated with current culinary trends and incorporate them into offerings.
