**Job Summary**:
The **Food & Beverages Steward**, **Cook**, or **Chef** is responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverages to guests. This role involves the management of kitchen staff, inventory, meal preparation, and presentation. The position requires adherence to food safety standards, quality control, and the efficient operation of kitchen activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:For Food & Beverages Steward**:

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with the preparation and storage of ingredients.
- Manage dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and overall kitchen organization.
- Support chefs or cooks in food preparation tasks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including safe storage and handling of food.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering when necessary.

**For Cook**:

- Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor food stock levels and ensure timely reordering.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it's operating efficiently.
- Present food in an aesthetically pleasing and appetizing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.

**For Chef**:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop new recipes, menu items, and daily specials.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, including cooks, kitchen assistants, and stewards.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
- Maintain food quality control and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Keep up with culinary trends and adapt the menu accordingly.
- Ensure kitchen inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
- Interact with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest requests or complaints regarding food quality or dietary preferences.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, sanitation).
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and recipe preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of work.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
