**We are Hiring Cook & Assitant cook for our ''Alegria resort in (ECR kovalam)''.**

Designation - Cook manager & Assitant cook

location - ECR KOVALAM

Experience - Min 1yr - 5yrs

Education - Any degree.

**Responsibilities**

**COOK**
- Min 1yr-5yrs cook exeperince in cook field.
- Must have knowledge of Soups, Chinese foods, Indian foods ( south indian& north indian) food prepration.
- Preparation of foods based fixed recipes,
- Manitain day to day activities.
- Maintain cook team.
- Planning and Preparation of Food
- Cook manager salary -20k.(food & accomudation free)
- Must be relocate ECR KOVALAM.

**Responsibilities for Assitant cook**
- The role is for assistant cook Reporting to cook manager
- Preparation of foods based fixed recipes,
- Kitchen maintenance including cleaning of equipments, kitchen floor, upkeep of inventories, listing of inventories on daily basis.
- Billing of customer orders and co ordinating other chefs for prepartion
- Maintaining of dining hall with other colleagues on daily basis
- Chopping Vegetables and Fruits.
- Verifying the orders before delivering to customers
- Assitant cook salary 12K-15k.(food & accomudation free)
- Must be relocate ECR KOVALAM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
