**Job Title**: CRM Executive (Telecaller)
**Location**: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: Entry to Junior Level (0-2 years)
**Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday - 10am to 6.30pm**
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to clients for feedback, updates, and relationship nurturing.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up rigorously on client queries, pending actions, or scheduled appointments.
- Communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
- Provide detailed and accurate information on our products/services.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, demos, and reminders as per the CRM pipeline.
- Be available during working hours for client calls and team coordination.
**Key Skills Required**:
- **Polite disposition** and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong **follow-up skills** - persistent and dependable.
- Good **verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- Ability to **understand circumstances and respond appropriately**.
- **Proactive approach** with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Must be **always available on calls** during office hours.
- Resides within **30-40 minutes commute** from the office.
- Looking for **long-term job stability** and committed to the role.
- Freshers or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
