Should know about Supply Chain solutions and be willing to learn the platform solutions products like Kinaxis, o9, Pando, UKG-Kronos, HighJump, Blue Yonder ESP, etc.,
- Should have good knowledge of SQL query writing skills.
- Should understand MS SQL Server or Oracle PL/SQL.
- Ability to understand existing SQL queries and analyze them.
- Should be able to analyze and research existing client systems in-depth.
- Should be willing to learn new technologies in the Supply Chain Planning Industry and concepts of platform development and related areas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including breaking down complex business problems into root issues, recommending, and building solutions.
- Must be proficient or interests to learn algorithms, logic building, and coding using C++, Java, or Python.
- Should have a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to understand business requirements from the customer and translate them into design, architecture/solution documents
- Basic understanding of IT Landscape and appreciate other IT solutions.
- Must have a good understanding of Programming techniques and Software architecture.
- Should have very good communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Should be a self-starter and passionate to get into new areas.
- Should be flexible and adaptable.
- Willingness to adopt new emerging technologies.
- Above all, should be a team player.
