This role offers the opportunity to hone your project management skills and support groundbreaking Software implementation project at Geotechnosoft under executives of 20+ year of experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project/Software/ERP Implementation) Support**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist with project communication by managing communication channels, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, and keeping project stakeholders informed of progress.
- Organize and prepare project documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support project needs.
- Manage project logistics, such as booking meeting rooms, arranging travel for team members, and coordinating with vendors.
- Track project resources and budgets, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Proactively anticipate project needs and provide solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Manage project databases and document repositories.

**Executive/Administrative Support**:

- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and meeting minutes for executives.
- Manage office supplies and equipment (optional).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or Associate's degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience).
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a project support or administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and professionalism with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of ERP will be added advantage.
- Experience into ERP Implementation will added advantage
