Nangia & Co LLP, a premier consulting firm is looking out for resource (Academic Associates) for an RFP based opportunity. The opportunity is based out of Himachal Pradesh with a respected Government department.

**Qualification**:
Post graduate Degree in Education/ Hindi/ Math/ English

**Experience**:

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the education, FLN or assessment /training domain.
- Demonstrable experience in undertaking and successfully executing assessment /training projects in India (minimum 1 projects).
- Prior work experience in the field of assessment and project management in Foundational literacy and numeracy(FLN) goals and outcomes (minimum 1 projects).

**Roles and responsibilities of the position**:
Project Associates to work collaboratively with the Program Manager, other team members, and stakeholders. They should be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and actively participate in team meetings and discussions. Should be able to carry out research work and surveys as well as help in the training sessions and workshops to be conducted.
