Handling Incoming Breakdown calls 24/7. And Resolving the issues in site.
- Handling Service engineers, you are responsible to cover all route monthly service and maintenance.
- Responsible to Preparation of quotation and AMC generation and AMC agreement.
- Responsible to handle service related material like keypad, Tools which is given to Service engineer.
- Conducting Service Engineer’s Meeting, resolving their Internal work related issue.
- Maintaining Healthy Relationship with client and employees.
- Arranging materials as per service engineer request
- Licence related Documents collection, Fallow up with the concerned authorities and clients.
- Responsible to handle front office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
