**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with career services offices, faculty, and student organizations to enhance our presence on campus.
- Plan and coordinate on-campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to engage with students and promote our employer brand.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate students about our organization, available opportunities, and career paths within our company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for their specific needs.
- Participate in the selection and onboarding processes, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and make data-driven improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/ Post Graduation.
- Previous experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to universities and colleges for campus events and recruiting activities, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
