Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment function. This role requires hands-on experience, leadership skills, and operations maturity to manage teams, stakeholders, and executives.

The ideal candidate will have relevant and hands-on experience of 10-13 years, including at least 4-5 years as a people manager. This position involves end-to-end recruiting ownership, designing recruitment processes, driving the recruiting team to achieve targets, strategizing campus hiring programs, and conducting market and competitor mapping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the full life cycle of hiring, delivering on allocated hiring numbers, and monitoring recruiting metrics. They will also implement new sourcing methods, research job advertising options, coordinate with department managers, and participate in job fairs and career events.

  • End-to-end recruiting ownership & accountability frontline/lateral (volume hiring)
  • Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization
  • Drives the recruiting team to achieve targets
  • Strategize and run campus hiring programs
  • Conduct Market and competitor mapping
  • Experience in market and competitive mapping
  • Ability to advise the recruitment team and business on recruitment, channel and branding best practices and interview techniques
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events
  • Build quality relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process
  • Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  • Conduct job interviews for managerial job positions
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs, campus & career events
  • Build professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
  • Work on enriching candidate experience
